Exchange

All Sales Are Final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. Please note, Diamonis reserves the right to refuse all returns.    

Wrong item? Don’t worry! You have 14 days to return your item to us for an exchange. To exchange your item for a different item, we require the receipt or proof of purchase. To process your exchange, please mail your exchange item together with your receipt back to us.

The item being exchanged must be unused, unwrapped, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. If the item is out of stock you have opted for, then a refund will be processed instead. A one-time exchange is permitted per purchase. Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition will not be exchanged and may be sent back to you. Please note that we do not refund the return costs of shipping the item. However if you received wrong item, we will send the correct item together with the return air waybill & flyer for you. For more information, please email us to support@diamonisbeauty.com.

Refunds

If your item arrives broken or defective, please contact us at support@diamonisbeauty.com within 14 days of purchase and include your order number in the email subject line, as well as photo documentation of any claimed damage or defect, and we'll handle the rest.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your item is approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days. Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be refunded and may be sent back to you. Please note that we do not refund the return costs of shipping the item.

Orders placed with our resellers, including dropshippers, agents, and stockists, are subject to their refund and return policies. Please contact the reseller and present the original receipt with the date.
